Look at all them cars!

I went to Thanksgiving with Katie and her family. We had it at her sisters house. It was wonderful. I made my Junkett Danish Dessert, and I think they liked it.

These photos are taken at Katie's brother's house. My car is in there somewhere... Posted by Picasa

Little Mister? Huh? If that isn't a reference... I don't know what is! LOL

Poor Katie had to ride around while I was trying to find a certain chinese resturaunt to have lunch. It is a mile and a half from the house, you would think by now I wouldn't have to drive 5 miles and call a friend to figure out where it is!

Oh well, I got lots of good tags, even if I can't remember them all! Posted by Picasa

I remember this plate. Katie and I chased it down for a few blocks. One thing I just realized in straightening the photo, all the power poles lean north....

I finally caught it at a light and could see what the plate said. I remembered this one. I asked Katie to remind me what it said. So, of course, I forget what the one prior said... I thought people where supposed to remember 6-7 things, not one - sometimes. Posted by Picasa

I am starting to get annoyed with my camera. I just can't read these plates after I took a photo of them.  Posted by Picasa

Unsure....

At first I thought this was maybe something like "Later". However, I am now begining to beleive that it is just an assigned plate, as many of that design have a very simaler pattern.

False alarm.

Nothing to see here, move along... Posted by Picasa

DIRTE12

DIRTE12

Dirty one too

My coworker's bike. He had a Ford Pickup that had the license plate DIRTE1. He got this bike and decided he wanted the tags to be DIRTE1 as well.

I will try to get some pics of the vehicle that the DIRTE1 tag is on now as well as a photo of the DIRTE EL, the El Camino he may be selling soon. Posted by Picasa

Living vicariously through your custom license plate. So, if anybody wants to oblige this poor, tropic-locked Floridian and do what he asks.

Ski for us please!

Funny, perspective, I don't think waterskiing, I think snow skiing as I am not fond of being on the water, and miss winter. Posted by Picasa

Katie's Brother's Truck

Purple Isuzu TruckKatie was leaving to go home from this weekend so I tried to take her photo. She ducked. I hope she doesn't drive like this. She had borrowed her brother's truck as she doesn't want to drive her van that she just bought down to Fort Lauderdale.
Purple Isuzu TruckKatie in Todd's Truck
Purple Isuzu TruckThe passenger side mirror started to fall off the truck on Katie's drive down. The drivers side is already missing. I patched the mirror up with some shoe goo, a plastic knife, and some black electrical tape. What had happened is the plastic fatigue cracked, and the mirror was threatining to fall off under it's own weight. I glued the mirror back on at the pivot joint. Just slobbered some glue down in there with is plastic knife. I then wrapped the whole thing up in black electrical tape so it would hold while it dried.

I don't know what kind of reputation I have with Katie's family already, but Todd said he didn't want it fixed with rope and string or something like that. So I taped a (clean) plastic knife to the front of the mirror so I could show him I fixed his truck with a plastic knife. I wrote "Katie told me to" on the knife for good measure. You can see the white knife on the front of the mirror. Posted by Picasa
