Turns out that my bathroom drain is leaking into the water heater, which is then leaking. I think the water filled up the insulated outer shell until it's coming out around some little relieve valve.
My wife found the leaky drain. YAY her!
I wrapped the leak in some self vulcanizing rubber tape. Hopefully this fixes the leak for a while.
I expect that the water around the outside of the water heater will shorten it's life significantly. When the heater gets replaced, I hope that the drain pipe gets fixed proper at the same time.
A drip in the joint of the drain for the bathroom.
Water drips out of here to, and it’s been a while as it’s corroded pretty bad.
This is my fix. Better than bubble gum I expect.
