I remember way back when, I used to be a little Star Trek geek. I made an Enterprise out of two paper plates with the edges stapled together for the saucer, a few rolls of toilet paper or paper towel (one for the hull, one for each of the nacelles) and a few random pieces of cardboard/paper for connecting them. It was awesome.
